Processing Time

All of our orders are made to order, nothing is ready to ship.

Standard production time is up to 15 business days (this does NOT include time with shipping carriers, weekends, or holidays).
Please allow an additional 5 business days for non-standard items such as bleach/dye/paint products. 

Cancelations 

You have 24 hours from your paid invoice to cancel your order, after the 24 hrs. your order goes into processing and because each product is made to order, cancelations cannot be made. 

Disclaimers on products as a customer you have read and agreed to understand:

Printing

✨ Order are DTF or Vinyl Printed unless stated otherwise.

✨ DTF Prints  may have a plastic type feeling to them.

✨ DTF will hold up way better than vinyl, screen printing, DTG or sublimation. Direct to film transfers wash well, and are flexible, meaning they won't crack or peel, making them great for heavy-use items.

✨ Brands: We try to stick with M&O and Tultex but due to forever changing stock issues other similar brands may be substituted in. (Refunds will not be given due to brands) 

Bleach/Paint/Dye

✨ Bleach/Paint/Dye products May take 15-20 Business days to be processed.

✨ No two Bleached/Paint/Dyed products will be alike and will vary shirt to shirt, this includes the paint/dye/bleach coloring, placement and effects. 

✨ Bleach/Paint/Dye May/Will be on the back of the product, may occur on the prints, and may have an overspray effect (refunds will NOT be given because of this)

✨ ONLY DYE is put through a neutralize cold water mixture and then hang to dry but not physically washed due to allergy concerns.

✨NO products are washed prior to shipment due to allergy concerns and they have very minimal bleeding.

Customers are responsible for the wash of their products before reselling. Wash instructions will be listed under the products. 

✨Bleach/Paint/Dye products may/will consist of fumes especially after being concealed for shipping. 

When purchasing you are aware we are using a fume base chemical to make them unique. Please unpacking your products and allow to air dry for up to 48 hours (Refunds will NOT be given due to fumes) 

✨Bleach/Paint/Dye products may/will have a stiffness to them due to the products being used, after washing the products the shirts do soften back up. 

Other Disclosures

✨ Colors will vary screen to screen and in person. Colors May appear more brighter on screen then in person.

✨ Mock-up photos are not real life photos and therefore the design images may print smaller or bigger for in real life products.

Returns/Refunds

If an issue arises with your order, simply contact us, if the issue is OUR mistake we will gladly take back the product (at our cost of course) and handle the situation accordingly. 

However, if the product just doesn’t fit your style or taste and just not something you are satisfied with, you can ship it back to us, at your cost, in return for store credit. 

Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

All products must be in the condition they came in to be valid for a return.
